repset for gyms, clubs and coaches

Your timetable,
fully booked.

Put your classes on repset. Members book in a tap, every session has a cap, and when it fills the waitlist takes over and promotes people the moment a place frees. No spreadsheets, no group chat, no extra app for your members to install.

Everything a class needs, nothing it doesn't

Sessions, caps and waitlists on top of the tracker your members already train with. One profile for your gym, one place to book.

A timetable members can book

Add a session with a name, a time, a place and a description. It shows up on your gym's profile, upcoming first, and members book on with a single tap from their phone or the web. Attach a workout and booked attendees get it the moment the class starts, ready to track.

Caps and an automatic waitlist

Set how many places there are. Once they're gone, bookings join a waitlist in the order they arrive. When someone cancels, the next person moves up on their own, no admin needed.

Waitlist #2

See who's coming

Organisers get the full list: who's booked, who's waiting and where they are in the queue.

Strength 10112 / 12 booked

Full · 3 on the waitlist

Edit, cancel, raise the cap

Plans change. Move a session, rewrite the description, or open more places and watch the waitlist fill them straight away. Cancel and everyone booked sees it.

A home for your members

Your gym has a public profile, a member count and a timetable. Members follow each other, share workouts and see who's training right now.

No new app to install

Booking lives inside repset, so the app members use to log their sets is the app they book your class with. iOS, Android and the web, always in sync.

Owners and admins

Invite your team as admins to run the timetable with you. Members can only book; only your staff can create, edit or cancel a session.

How it works

Live before your next class starts

  1. 01

    Create your organisation

Pick a name and a handle like @irontemple. That's your gym's profile page, live immediately.

  2. 02

    Bring your members in

Share your handle and they tap Join on your profile, or invite them by email. Either way it's the repset account they already train with.

  3. 03

Add sessions and let them book

Name, time, place, capacity. Members book on, the waitlist handles the overflow, and you get the list.

For your members

The booking is the easy part of their day

Your members already track their training in repset. Booking your class sits right beside it, so they see your timetable where they already look, and the streak they're protecting is a reason to turn up.

  • Book a class in one tap, from the same app they log sets in
  • A clear status on every session: booked, waitlist and their place in it
  • Automatic promotion off the waitlist, with nothing to refresh or chase
  • Cancel a booking themselves and free the place for the next person
  • Their gym's timetable, members and feed all on one profile

Questions

Straight answers for busy owners

How much does repset cost for a gym?
Nothing. Creating an organisation, adding sessions and taking bookings are free. Members use the free repset app; Pro is an optional personal upgrade for the AI coach and never affects booking.
Can I limit how many people book a session?
Yes. Every session has an optional capacity. Once it's reached, further bookings join a waitlist in the order they arrive. Leave the capacity blank for an open session with unlimited places.
What happens when someone cancels a full session?
The first person on the waitlist is moved to booked automatically, and their status updates in the app. Raising a session's capacity promotes people the same way.
Who can create and edit sessions?
The organisation's owner and any admins they add. Ordinary members can see the timetable, book, join the waitlist and cancel their own booking, but can't change a session.
Do members need a separate app?
No. Booking is built into repset on iOS, Android and the web. A member who already tracks their workouts in repset books your class in the same app.
Can people who aren't members see the timetable?
Yes. Your organisation's profile and its upcoming sessions are visible to anyone signed in to repset, and they can join from the profile in one tap. Only members can book, and a session's workout is revealed to booked attendees when the class starts.
